How Does It Work?
Simply look through our extensive collection of Designer dresses to choose your outfit and book your chosen date through our booking calendar.
Does Dress Hire Studio allow try ons?
Yes, try ons can be booked via our website. Our studio is based in Para Hills, Adelaide.
How do I know if the fit will be right?
If you are concerned about the sizing, simply contact our friendly Customer Service Team at dresshirestudio@gmail.com for assistance.
Can I book dresses in advance?
Yes, You can book your dress up to 6 months in advance. We recommend you reserve your dress as early as possible to avoid any last-minute panics and to ensure it arrives on time. Once your requested delivery date has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes, we express post Aus wide! Or you can select to pick up from our Studio in Adelaide.
When will my booking arrive?
For postal bookings: Your booking will be delivered by the first day of your rental period, but we always try to get it to you a few days before.
For pick up bookings: We will contact you when your item is available for collection, you can normally collect your item 1-2 day before your hire start date.
RETURNS
How do I return my dress?
Returning your dress is quick and easy. Simply place it in the provided prepaid return satchel and take it to your nearest Post
Office by the last day of your hire. If your rental period ends on a Sunday or Public Holiday, simply return your dress to the Post Office the following business day.
Do I need to clean my outfit before I return it?
No. We offer complimentary cleaning with all hire bookings. Simply return your item as is after your event.
What if I accidentally damage the dress?
We understand that accidents happen. If you damage the dress please contact us asap. Do not try to repair it yourself as we use our trusted Dry Cleaners and Seamstress. Most minor repairs cost between $15-$40 and will be charged to your credit card. If the dress is deemed irreparable you will be charged the replacement RRP cost nominated on our website.
